The Kuna City Planning Commission on March 25 voted to table the Seasons Creek North application to a date certain of June 10, 2025, after staff said the developer asked for more time to resolve outstanding items.
Troy Beheunen, senior planner in Development Services, told the commission staff had received a request from the developer to postpone the hearing while the applicant addresses “a few things” that remain outstanding. Beheunen recommended tabling the application to June 10, 2025; the commission approved the date.
Commissioner Jim Mann moved to table the case and a colleague seconded the motion. The chair called the question and commissioners responded, “Aye.” The motion passed and the item was placed on the commission’s June 10 docket.
The commission did not discuss details of the outstanding items on the record at the March 25 meeting. Beheunen said the developer asked for more time but did not enumerate the outstanding issues during the hearing.
Because the applicant requested the postponement, the hearing will not proceed until the June 10 meeting, unless the applicant withdraws or files an alternative request in writing to staff before that date.
