Council places several planning and code updates on April 8 agenda and consent calendar

Syracuse City Council used the work session to clear multiple planning and municipal-code items for the April 8 meeting and to place several routine changes on the consent agenda.

Key items the council moved or placed on consent include:

- Zone change (3281 West 700 South): Planning Commission recommended approval of rezoning this small remnant lot (formerly UDOT property) from A-1 to R-3. Council discussion noted access concerns but referred the item to the April 8 agenda for a vote.
