- Z2025-015 (403 B South Clark Street): Javier Silva of JMS Custom Homes requested a specific use permit for residential infill and a guest quarters (secondary living unit). Staff reminded the applicant that full kitchen facilities are not allowed in the guest quarters and noted a variance is requested for garage orientation (garage is 8.5 feet in front of the front façade rather than 20 feet behind).
Commissioners asked clarifying questions and confirmed the items will proceed to public hearing or return with revised plans; no final votes were taken on these items at tonight’s meeting.
