Assistant City Manager Viera reviewed the consent items. Item 5 authorized the purchase of various types of automotive and equipment fuels through Omnia Partners Purchasing Cooperative, using US Oil Venture Incorporated of Denton, Texas as the primary supplier. Item 6 authorized purchase of storage units, lockers and rack systems for the police and court building from Southwest Solutions through Omnia Partners. Item 7 was approval of Resolution No. 25-1672 authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of Trinity River Authority of Texas revenue bonds as outlined in the TRA resolution. Item 8 was approval of the March 11, 2025 city council minutes.
Council member Stinnifer moved approval of the consent agenda; Council member Tompkins seconded. The council conducted a voice/roll-call vote and the measure passed unanimously.
