Daggett County commissioners approve cash summaries, invoice and disbursement listings; UDOT refund held

Daggett County commissioners approved multiple routine financial reports and disbursement listings at their March 20 meeting and agreed to withhold a $946,173.92 refund to UDOT at the state agency's request.
The commission accepted the county cash summary and the accounts-receivable report, then reviewed the open invoice register. Staff advised that Utah Department of Transportation had asked the county to hold off returning $946,173.92 so that amount was removed from the open-invoice total for the meeting. After adjustments and accounting for municipal-building-authority items, staff calculated the amount to approve for county and RDA invoices as $170,370.35 (staff read a figure of $170,373.35 at one point; commissioners agreed to approve the adjusted total on the record). Commissioners voted to approve the open invoice register excluding the UDOT transaction.
The board also approved a small reimbursement register of $363.55 and a disbursement listing with payments totaling $159,593.88 and a void of $85. Commissioners agreed to run certain contract approvals through formal purchase-request procedures where required.
No commissioner names were recorded in the public transcript as individual votes; the chair called for ayes and multiple commissioners responded "Aye." The actions recorded in the minutes reflect the approvals described above.
