Wagoner County jail earns clean inspection from state health department

Elliott and Major Russell credited detention staff and maintenance personnel for addressing work orders and for steps taken to correct past deficiencies. The board offered public praise for jail staff and noted the cooperative relationship between the sheriff’s office and commissioners.
