The Wagoner County Board of County Commissioners voted March 13 to approve the county—s CERB (Community Enhancement and Revitalization Board) annual project priority plan for 2026—2030, authorizing staff to proceed with submittal and to coordinate with state reviewers to improve the county—s chance of funding.
County staff noted the application must be submitted by March 30 and said working with the state office before deadline could improve the county—s prospects; commissioners approved the motion to adopt items C-1 through C-7 on the CERB submission as presented. Commissioner Tim Manning moved to approve the items and Commissioner Randy Stamps seconded; the motion carried.
The board discussed asking the plan—s preparer, Rachel, to participate in future meetings during the submittal process to advise on revisions and to help ensure timely delivery. Commissioners said her technical assistance would be an asset as staff compiles submittals for ODOT/state review.
Ending: Staff and the plan author will continue coordination and will present any requested edits or attachments to the board before final submission.
