Kootenai County commissioners approve routine business, contracts and grants in March 25 meeting

Kootenai County commissioners met March 25 and approved a series of routine and project-specific items, including acceptance of an amended agenda to allow a late grant application, the receipt of construction bids for a jail generator, selection of a contractor for airport air-traffic control services, approval of a hangar ground lease, termination of a transit contract, approval of the fiscal-year 2026 transit program of projects and related public notice, a juvenile substance-abuse grant application, and several payments and agreements.
