Michigan House adjourns for lack of quorum after committee reports, bill introductions and strategic fund notices

The Michigan House of Representatives recessed for lack of a quorum after the clerk announced attendance was insufficient and the chamber completed a series of procedural items, including committee reports, the formal introduction of numerous bills and several committee meeting notices.

Committee reports and recommendations formed the most detailed floor business.
