State Lands budgets request small operational changes; administrator to list Grant Sawyer Building with broker

In response to a committee question, Donohue said the division will move forward to list the Grant Sawyer Building with a broker under the statute he cited in the hearing (statute cited as "321.335" in committee testimony) after two prior unsuccessful solicitations produced no acceptable bids. Donohue said the statute permits listing with a broker and is silent on whether the property must be disposed of at appraised value, which has complicated prior offers.
