Development Services staff told the board the owners planned a pole barn and, after a site review, the structure needed to be positioned closer to a property line due to septic system locations. The board said it had previously voted to approve the application and directed staff member Makayla Owens to prepare revised findings reflecting the record; commissioners voted to adopt the revised findings as listed on the agenda.
The board made the decision after staff summarized the evidence and noted the record included a letter of support from the property owner most directly affected. The motion to approve the revised findings cited application number 2024022738-EAC-B. The vote was taken by voice; the board recorded “aye” and carried the motion.
