The Pulaski City Council received final details on a $5,000,000 bond issuance for water and wastewater projects at its March 25, 2025, meeting.
The item was presented by Miss Karen, who said, “It is the final details for the $5,000,000 bond issuance for the wastewater and water projects. It's just a report that we report to the comptroller's office that the executed documents are the same as what they approved.” The presiding official noted the documents had been emailed to council members in advance.
Council business that required formal action at the meeting was limited and handled by unanimous voice vote. Councilmember Bridal moved to approve the minutes of the previous work session and regular meeting and to accept the electric, water and natural gas reports; Councilmember Massey seconded the motion and members responded “aye.” No public comments were offered on agenda items during the meeting.
No ordinance, resolution or additional action was taken on the bond at the meeting; the discussion was recorded as an informational report confirming the paperwork and reporting to the comptroller’s office. The presiding official said the report was being entered into the minutes to ensure the comptroller’s records matched the executed documents.
The meeting was brief. Council members indicated the bond documents had previously been shared by email and the March 25 session included no public hearing on the financing. The council adjourned after routine items and the debt report.
