Conrad confirmed and staff recorded a motion by Commissioner Dibs (recorded as mover) and a second by Commissioner Moody to direct counsel to prepare a resolution. The board voted in favor; commissioners said "Aye." Staff said the resolution document would be provided to the county attorney the next day.
