Grand Island officials focus on power, plumbing and layout before building Commons ice rink and band shelter

"We've already got a case number with National Grid," said Tom Degotti, staff member, who led the presentation on a revised site plan. Degotti said the town has provided specifications to National Grid and is waiting to learn whether the utility will run service across Brown Boulevard or Whitehaven Road.
