Commissioners asked about current fuel-on-hand and ordering timing; staff said the existing Jet-A tank was about 40% full and that the city ordered one tank last month. Staff also noted a small $200 donation recorded in miscellaneous receipts; the donor was not identified in the meeting and staff said they would research the source.
