Consent agendas: The council approved the city consent agenda including the minutes of the Feb. 18, 2025 regular meeting and the Feb. 25, 2025 special meeting, claims of $294,146.39 and payroll expenses of $262,540.06. The EDA approved its consent agenda with claims of $339,179.26 and payroll expenses of $20,940.14. The AUA approved a consent agenda with claims of $550,390.31 and payroll expenses of $25,884.60.
Ordinance fee-schedule update: The council approved Ordinance 2025-004, which amends the city fee schedule (previously Ordinance 2017-004) to align penalties/court costs related to violations; the motion passed on a recorded roll-call vote with all voting council members recorded as Yes.
