Pam asked that Frank (parks staff member) and the donor coordinate on a specific location. Pam moved to accept the donation and asked that Frank work with the donor on placement; another board member seconded the motion. When the board voted, members answered “Aye,” and the motion passed.
Board members discussed usual practice for donor-installed plaques and memorial stones; Frank said the parks crew typically mounts small memorial stones in concrete to protect them during mowing.
