The council approved the minutes from the March 10, 2025 regular meeting. Councilwoman de Brulier moved to approve the minutes and Councilman Killeier seconded. The motion passed unanimously; Councilman Comradell was not in attendance.
Subdivision waiver (file number 2025-0079)
The council approved a resolution endorsing a waiver from Appendix C (Subdivision Regulations of 1981), Section 3 (geometric standards), item C (lot width) as requested by Ravenland LLC for a minor subdivision that splits one lot into two. Planning Commission had approved the subdivision and the department recommended approval of the waiver. No public comments were offered at the public hearing. The council voted; the resolution passed unanimously.
Library Board appointment (file number 2025-0048)
Council confirmed the nomination of Charlene Alexander Armstrong as the District 1 representative to the St. Charles Parish Library Board of Control. The term begins April 1, 2025 and expires April 1, 2030. The appointment passed unanimously.

A motion to adjourn by Councilwoman de Bruyere, seconded by Councilwoman O'Daniels, passed unanimously and the meeting was adjourned.
