TAMARAC, Fla. — Staff presented several routine consent items that will appear on the Commission consent agenda, including a declaration appointing a co-trustee to execute documents and multiple Commission appointments to city boards and the Broward League of Cities.
Staff said the co-trustee appointment names Matt Rosenbaum, who is with the same firm as Howard Steinholtz; the designation allows Rosenbaum to execute documents because Howard Steinholtz is no longer able to do so. City Clerk Kimberly Dillon and other staff also noted annual selections for the Broward League of Cities board of directors; the Commission will formally nominate and adopt names at the regular meeting.
