Housing Authority elects chair and vice chair for 2025

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Rosa conducted its annual election of officers on March 24. Commissioner Friedman nominated Commissioner Newton for chair and nominated Vice Chair Downey for vice chair; Commissioner Conte seconded the motion.
The roll call recorded six ayes and one absence (Commissioner Capio), and the clerk entered that the motion passed with six ayes. Chair Newton and Vice Chair Downey will serve as the Authority’s officers until the next annual election under the bylaws.
