- Canada Del Buoy (Cañada del Buey / Canada del Buy?) Trail Improvement Project (Resolution No. 25‑07). Staff described this item as funding for planning, design and construction of the Cañada trail connection identified in the county’s 2017 bicycle transportation plan; planned funding would likely be staged across years for design and later construction.
County manager appointment: Council approved the manager’s selection of Elias Isaacson as the county’s Community Development Department Director; Isaacson is scheduled to start in May after relocating to the area, according to staff. The council voted unanimously to confirm the appointment.
