G & L Supply submitted the lowest prices across a range of poly and metal culvert sizes and offered delivery within 24–48 hours at no charge; the board accepted the "lowest and best" recommendation and authorized staff to use G & L when the product and delivery window met county needs. APAC provided the only bid for some asphalt mixes; the board approved the county to use the submitted asphalt pricing as listed in the procurement packet.
T‑Mobile permit: Spencer Stokesman, county permitting staff, summarized a T‑Mobile application to attach equipment (two hybrid cables, two equipment cabinets and associated gear) to an existing tower or structure in portions of Natchez and Avalon Liberty Road. Stokesman said orderless requirements have been met and fees paid. The board approved the permit request by unanimous vote.
