Jacobson called up item PLN240201 (Schuyberg Minor Boundary Line Adjustment) for separate action, noted a clerical error in the draft resolution (the hearing date was listed as February 20), and corrected the hearing date to March 20, 2025 in the record. She then approved the Schuyberg adjustment based on staff findings and conditions.
The committee then approved consent items PLN240286 (Bickford Ranch LDR05A/LDR006A), PLN20-400192 (Pallano Herrera), PLN20-400000 (Foster) and PLN204344 (Natoli Garrick) as listed on the consent agenda, basing approval on the findings and conditions in the staff reports. No members of the public addressed these items during the hearing.
