Placer County Zoning Administrator Crystal Jacobson approved the Canterbury at the Ranch design review (PLN20-4210) on March 20, allowing an 82-cluster-lot subdivision in Placer Ranch specific plan area Phase 1B, Village 8 to proceed with the corrected exhibits.
Planning staff requested a swap of two exhibits in Attachment A—Exhibit 2 (color board) and Exhibit 3 (materials matrix)—to correct an elevation label (changing references from "farmhouse D" to the correct "farmhouse C"). Staff said the change was administrative and part of the record correction.
No members of the public testified, and the Zoning Administrator closed the hearing and approved the design review subject to the findings and conditions in the staff packet. Because staff received no written correspondence or public testimony, Jacobson waived the appeal period for the design review.
