“This legislative session was maybe a little bit different than ones we've seen in years past,” Jones Cox said, noting a large volume of bills and a $30,800,000,000 state budget. She told committee members many recent policy tools and appropriations are building on prior sessions rather than creating an entirely new funding surge.
