SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. — The Coastal Advisory Committee reviewed staff recommendations for the Environmental Sustainability Grant program and took routine procedural votes at its April meeting.
Nikki Beach, San Clemente environmental program analyst, presented a summary of the grant program and the panel’s recommended allocations.
