District 20 recommends four administrators including two elementary principals and a director for digital innovation

- Ryan Rafferty, recommended for Assistant Principal, Pioneer Elementary School; Rafferty holds a B.A. and a Master of Education in moderate special needs and has experience teaching and serving as MTSS coordinator; he thanked the board and staff and referenced his interim year in the role.
- Carrie Mitchell, recommended for Principal, Academy Endeavor Elementary School; Mitchell is a District 20 cohort graduate with years of classroom and instructional leadership experience at Academy Endeavor and spoke about her long service to the site and commitment to students.
- Diana Fricke, recommended for Director for Digital Innovation Services; Fricke holds a Master of Library Science, is a certified educational technology leader and currently serves as a technology integration specialist; she spoke about using technology and AI to support teaching and learning.
Each nominee was introduced at the board meeting and offered brief remarks. The board then approved the consent agenda; roll-call votes during the meeting recorded “Aye” responses from Mister Wilburn, Missus Shandy and Missus Gans as the motion passed.
The administration said the hires complete internal selection and cohort processes referenced in presentation materials; start dates and HR appointment paperwork were not specified in the public record provided.
