Airport 139 inspection notes, ACN corrections and terminal revitalization progress

Airport staff reported that a recent FAA Part 139 inspection went mostly well but identified discrepancies in the airport certification manual (ACM) and the ACN (airport certification number) that the airport is in the process of correcting. Inspectors gave the airport until June to submit the corrected documentation for review.
Staff also disclosed an administrative oversight from March — a temporary power outage was not initially published via NOTAM; the oversight prompted an investigation and an inspector attended an investigation session as part of the review. Staff said they had informed users the following day but acknowledged they had not issued the NOTAM as required and said they would correct procedures.
Separately, staff provided an update on a terminal revitalization grant. Work at the terminal includes drainage improvements near the first hangar, compacting for two concrete pads to receive pergolas, placement of gravel and pavers, and delivery of cement patio furniture expected in the coming week. Staff said a subsequent meeting will provide additional progress photos and schedule items.
