• Resolution 25‑03 — spot blight designation: The authority adopted Resolution 25‑03 to declare properties at 1226 and 1236 Oshkosh Avenue and two adjacent vacant parcels (formerly 1232 and 1240 Oshkosh Avenue) blighted to allow asbestos abatement and demolition using CDBG funds. Roll call recorded ayes from Belcarello, Lasky, Hutchinson, Panic and Mergauer; motion carried.
Other items discussed at the meeting — including a potential sale of a riverfront parcel to Mercury Marine, revisions to an RFP for the 700 block of South Main and a housing design book for infill lots — did not receive formal votes at this meeting. The authority discussed scheduling a possible special meeting to act on a purchase and recorded easements for the Mercury Marine parcel if legal terms can be finalized.
