All my neighbors and myself alone cannot sleep," Murrell said, adding that his family and neighbors have been changing air filters more frequently and that the odor is "unbearable."
Murrell described a nearby intersection (across from the Kicking Mule and the Mayway gas station) as hazardous because debris and spun tires have caused near-misses for his wife and a neighbor, and he said he has video evidence he can provide to staff showing smoke and noise at various overnight hours.
Council confirmed Murrell's address and he said the property is in Fletcher Estates (1778 Liz Lane NE).
