The council adopted Resolution No. 32,313 to approve the Marion 2045 plan.
The plan’s adoption sets a new policy framework for growth, land use and public‑realm priorities; staff said implementation steps, design standards and any moratoria or zoning amendments that arise from the plan will be brought back to council as actionable items in the coming months.
