Staff and applicant agreement: Griffin, executive director of development services, said the applicant amended the request after staff discussion and that the updated exhibit showed two residential phases and a separate commercial phase. "Staff is now in support of the phasing plan," Griffin reported.
Council action: A motion to approve the amended phasing plan passed unanimously.
Implementation: The approved plan lists phase boundaries and allows the commercial portion to develop concurrently or independently of residential phases; staff will receive the final exhibit for inclusion in development approvals.
