Oxnard staff recommends $6.0 million Onyx Paving contract for Phase 1 neighborhood resurfacing

City staff presented the project as Phase 1 of the City of Oxnard's five-phase citywide pavement management program, and said the total project cost including construction, contingency and engineering, inspection, survey and project management is $7,207,209.50.
