Physical Therapy Board adopts December 6, 2024 minutes and amends June 2025 meeting dates

The Physical Therapy Board of California approved the December 6, 2024 meeting minutes with a single correction and later amended the June 2025 meeting dates from a three-day block to June 25–26, 2025.
Kimberly Rosakis presented the minutes and identified one correction (page 35, line 1026 should read December 6 instead of September 18). A motion was made to approve the minutes with the suggested edit; the board then conducted a roll-call vote. The tally recorded in the minutes was 4–0 in favor (Karen Brandon, Sam Que, Tanya McMillan and Alicia Benaymet voting Aye; two members absent), and the motion carried.
Later in the meeting staff recommended converting the June meeting from three days to two (Wednesday–Thursday) and proposed the June 25–26 dates. After discussion and confirmation that logistics supported the change, the board took a roll-call and the motion carried with members recorded as Aye in open session.
These formal votes were recorded on the public record. The board continues work on calendar planning for 2025 and 2026 and noted that travel and hybrid-meeting rules may be affected by possible directives and by the status of Bagley-Keene teleconference provisions.
No other binding actions were taken on these items beyond adoption of the minutes and the calendar amendment.
