Background and next steps
County staff recommended approval for the plat amendment after confirming a complete application; the court authorized the county judge to sign the amended plat. For the DSHS immunization amendment, staff described the item as a longstanding state immunization grant and recommended approval of the second amendment. For the American Red Cross license renewal, staff noted the county has informed the Red Cross that the building will not be available for lease after the end of the year because of upcoming construction. The CIAC fee payment was explicitly identified as funded from ARPA interest earnings.
No votes failed and no amendments were recorded to the motions as read into the record.
