SSDIFC approves six new illuminated signs for Wynnewood Village

The SSDIFC approved six certificates of appropriateness on a unanimous vote for new illuminated signs at Wynnewood Village shopping center in Oak Cliff.
Scott Roberta, supervisor for sign review inspections, presented the applications as “6 certificates of appropriateness” on behalf of SSC Signs and Lighting LLC and described the set of signs proposed for the Wynnewood Village Sign District. “These 6 CAs are applications... for 6 illuminated detached signs at the Wynnewood Village Shopping Center,” Roberta said. The committee discussed locations, dimensions, engineering and visibility before voting.
The applications covered three paired sign types: two multi-tenant pylon signs (applications 2502180023 and 2502180024), two multi-tenant monument signs (2502180028 and 2502180029) and two LED-illuminated subdivision signs (2502200005 and 2502200008). Roberta said the pylon…
