The council then adjourned into closed session to discuss "conference with legal counsel, existing litigation" (Government Code section referenced in the meeting: Anderson v. Lloyd; Kern County Superior Court case number BCV TAC 24, TAC 101,979). After closed session, the city reported that one item had been considered in closed session and that "no reportable actions were taken."
