The commission then moved to approve the consent calendar, which consisted solely of minutes from March 12, May 14 and June 11 of the previous year. A motion to approve the consent calendar was made and seconded; all present voted in favor.
The meeting proceeded to the workshop items afterward as directed by the amended agenda.
