Committee sends $3 million workforce reentry funding bill to Ways and Means

Vice Chair Elmer moved the bill to the floor with the due-pass recommendation and that it be referred to Ways and Means by prior reference; the motion passed on a roll-call vote. Committee members recorded affirmative votes during the work session.
