Capital Budget Subcommittee adopts PAYGO/PECO report, approves DGS transfers and restricts $3.5 million for Hyattsville park

The Capital Budget Subcommittee reviewed the governor's allowance and adopted a series of PAYGO/PECO recommendations, including two transfers from the Department of General Services and a $3.5 million restriction of Program Open Space Green Space Equity Program funds for a park purchase in the city of Hyattsville.

The panel convened with DLS (Department of Legislative Services) staff presenting a white decision document and a yellow additional-page packet and walking members through items in budget code order.
