- H & K Peninsula (new POE, karaoke): The commission approved a Place of Entertainment permit for H & K Peninsula at 3565 Geary Boulevard. The application covers eight private karaoke rooms and occasional live singing in the main dining room; the applicant completed neighborhood outreach in English and Chinese and provided three letters of support. SFPD Richmond Station submitted no added conditions.
