The planning board approved a revised site plan for a proposed utility/telecommunications building at 50 Water Plant Road.
Jim Ballantyne of Naparella Consulting presented the revisions: the building entrance was shifted to the opposite side; pavement was extended along the west side for HVAC maintenance access; a gravel diaphragm was added for runoff and erosion mitigation; and a small block knee wall was proposed to accommodate grade changes. The board treated the item as a Type 2 action and voted to approve the updated site plan after no members of the public spoke on the matter.
The applicant may now proceed toward building-permit application consistent with the approved site-plan revisions.
