Eleventh Street, a final planned unit development for a car wash at 10001 China Spring Road, comprehensive plan and zoning changes for a multi‑lot Waco Gateway development, a rezoning of a 3.37‑acre parcel at 90 Bagby Avenue to O‑2, several right‑of‑way and alley abandonments, and a comprehensive plan/zoning change in the Farewell Heights area. Most items had unanimous or near‑unanimous votes after plan‑commission recommendations and brief staff presentations.
