Public comment included one resident who spoke about roadway design principles and compatibility between accessibility and mobility on roads; the resident expressed support for a project on Rogers Avenue. The board approved the consent agenda by roll call, 6-0.
Staff noted the traffic-signal item covers replacement or repair of existing signal detection equipment; in one case the improved detection will use radar technology rather than video detection currently in place.
