Rodrigo Pelayo, senior planner, told commissioners the commission’s responsibility was the vesting tentative tract map; administrative staff will conduct plan and design review for the project. Pelayo said the site lies within the Tweedy Boulevard Specific Plan’s Industrial Flex zone and that a final map would return to city council for recordation and final approval.
