The council approved a piggyback purchase from Roadline Products USA, not to exceed $165,663.94, under cooperative contract number 091521‑NAF. Council Member Jones moved to adopt staff’s recommendation and a second was recorded; the motion passed with Mayor Pro Tem Herriman absent.
