- Approved the meeting agenda as amended (moved consent item No. 7 to the regular agenda).
- Approved minutes of the March 4, 2025 special and regular meetings.
- Approved the consent agenda, which included payments and disbursements, a farmland lease at David C. Farms, a T-Mobile temporary tower lease at 3303 Langley, a pay request for PFAS water treatment well work, and other routine items listed in the consent packet.
- Adopted Resolution 2025-530: received the 2025 Street and Utility Improvements feasibility report, called a May 6 improvement hearing, approved plans and specifications, and authorized advertisement for bids (see separate coverage for debate on 50 Seventh Street).
- Supported staff submission of a letter of intent for 3 ms Priority 2 grant funds to build a multiuse path connecting the Central Greenway Regional Trail to Sunfish Lake Park.

- Adopted Ordinance 2025-09 revising the 2025 fee schedule and revising City Code 5.16 regarding surface water fees, and adopted Resolution 2025-029 authorizing publication of the ordinance by title and summary.
- Accepted improvements and approved a security reduction for Easton Village Fifth Edition, retroactively beginning the warranty period on 06/30/2024, contingent on developer obligations being current.
