A team working for the Utah Department of Transportation presented preliminary designs to the Roy City Council on March 18 for a widening of SR-108 (locally 3500 West / Midland Drive) that will extend existing work in Clinton through Roy and up to just south of 4275 South.
The project team said total project value is currently estimated at about $210 million and that the schedule anticipates construction beginning in spring 2027 and running through fall 2029. The design is roughly 30% complete.
