- Water-main replacement program (multiple areas/phases): Staff presented a multi‑phase water-main replacement program that would replace roughly three miles of water main in several neighborhoods; bids produced phased low bidders (Performance Site Development and M & T Excavating in various sections). - East Water Main extension (Bellefontaine Road): staff reported the project is complete but requested a contract modification to cover an approximately $8,000 final cost overrun tied to an additional valve placed near the county line; the project was funded with ARPA and city sanitary funds.
