For fiscal year 2024 she said the 80% area median income (AMI) threshold for a four-person household was $88,250; CDBG-funded activities must primarily benefit low-and-moderate-income households (under 80% AMI).
Process and outreach: Staff will launch a community needs survey and stakeholder outreach to collect input and will return to council with a proposed five-year consolidated plan and annual action plan in July, followed by adoption in August. Williams noted the city sometimes considers multi-year approaches (combining five years of allocations) to enable larger projects.
